By using trehk, you'll be agreeing to travel and transact with fellow Ghanaians in good faith — but the complete legal terms governing your use of the app are still being finalized ahead of launch. Once published, our Terms of Service will cover who can create an account, how bookings and in-app payments work, what's expected of riders and drivers, cancellation and refund rules, and how disputes are resolved.
